​Smoking: Not permitted inside the Tiny House. Ashtrays are available in the outdoor area.

Parking: Parking spaces for 2 vehicles (please keep the right garage clear)

Check-in: From 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (key in the key safe)
You will receive the code for the key safe after completing your booking.

 

Check-out: By 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure

(please return the key to the key safe)

 

Cancellation policy:

 

Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40%
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70%
During the last week before arrival: 90%

• €120 per night (minimum 3 nights)

• €100 cleaning fee (one-time)

• €12 bed linen per person

• €2.40 local tax per person per day (children under 15 excluded)
